Container Refuelling Stations

A containerized fuel tank is an excellent solution for the safe storage of liquid fuels. The container doors can be locked, providing additional protection against vandalism and theft. A 100% bunded containment system ensures that the container tank remains environmentally safe and compliant with environmental protection requirements.

Container Fuel Stations for Covered Fuel Storage and Dispensing

A container fuel station is a fuel dispensing solution where the storage tank is installed inside a shipping container. We manufacture containerized refuelling stations built into 10 ft and 20 ft shipping containers, providing a secure and practical solution for fuel storage and distribution.

Container fuel stations can be mounted on hook-lift rails, making them easy to transport and relocate as needed. In addition to the fuel tank, the container can be equipped with an integrated bunded containment system for enhanced environmental protection.

Container fuel stations blend discreetly into their surroundings. Exterior finishes can include timber cladding or sheet metal panels, depending on customer requirements. Shipping containers can also be repainted in the customer’s preferred colours, ensuring a durable and long-lasting finish.

Versatile Equipment Options

Container fuel stations can be equipped with a wide range of features tailored to customer requirements.

Examples include:

  • Fuel dispensing systems (35 to 120 l/min) and dispenser islands
  • Fuel management and remote monitoring systems
  • ATEX-compliant equipment
  • Bunded containment, drip trays, and leak management solutions
  • AdBlue® tanks and urea dispensing equipment
  • Exterior lighting and electrical installations for shipping containers
  • Emergency pumps and backup power generators
  • Fuel level gauges, hose reels, and electrical systems

Container fuel stations are ideal as refuelling points for construction machinery or for the long-term, secure storage of fuel.

All container modifications, equipment installations, and structural steelwork are carried out in Finland.
